3. Intelligent Filtering: The workflow intelligently filters records to identify appointments that are less than 3 days away and for which a reminder has been sent fewer than 3 times, preventing over-messaging.
4. Multi-Channel Delivery: For each relevant appointment, the system can send reminders through two powerful channels:
   • Email: A personalized email is sent via Gmail to the client, reminding them of the date, time, and location/details of their appointment.
   • SMS/WhatsApp: A reminder message can also be sent via Twilio to the client’s phone number.
