The client’s team was manually searching LinkedIn for companies, then trying to find the founders or CEOs, leading to a slow and inefficient pipeline.

Finding contact information manually often resulted in outdated or generic emails, leading to high bounce rates and wasted sales efforts.

The process of connecting a target company to its specific owner or key decision-maker was inconsistent and relied heavily on guesswork.

The team was juggling multiple tools and spreadsheets without a central, automated system to connect the dots from discovery to enrichment.

The Solution

The final, fully enriched lead data is automatically formatted and saved into a Google Sheet. This provides the sales team with a clean, organized, and continuously updated list of high-value prospects ready for outreach.

Once a decision maker’s LinkedIn profile is identified, the n8n workflow triggers an API call to Apollo.io. This enriches the lead with verified business email addresses, direct-dial phone numbers, company size, and other critical data points.

We designed an n8n workflow that orchestrates Phantombuster “phantoms” in a precise sequence. It first scrapes a list of target company LinkedIn profiles, then uses that output to automatically find the LinkedIn profiles of their founders or CEOs

It then intelligently parses this data to initiate a second scrape focused solely on identifying and extracting the profiles of key decision makers (like Founders, CEOs, or VPs) within those specific companies.

Automated Data Enrichment & Verification

Instead of just providing a LinkedIn profile, our n8n workflow transforms it into an actionable lead. By integrating with Apollo.io’s API, the system automatically fetches and verifies crucial contact details, ensuring the sales team works with accurate, high quality data and reducing email bounce rates significantly.

Seamless Google Sheets Integration

The final output is delivered directly into a structured Google Sheet. The n8n workflow populates columns for First Name, Last Name, Title, Company Name, Verified Email, LinkedIn Profile URL, and Company Website, creating an immediately actionable resource for the sales and marketing teams.
