  1. Effortless Form Submission: The process kicks off the moment a new meeting request is submitted through your n8n form. This form collects all necessary details like attendee name, email, service provider name, and the meeting topic and date.
  2. Instant Zoom Meeting Creation: Once the form is submitted, the workflow automatically integrates with Zoom to create a new meeting. It populates the meeting topic and sets parameters like a 30-minute duration and enabling participants’ video.
  3. Automated Email Confirmations: After the Zoom meeting is successfully created, the system immediately sends two personalized confirmation emails via Gmail:
    • To the Attendee: An email is sent to the person who booked the meeting, confirming the topic, date, time, and crucially, providing the direct Zoom meeting link.
    • To the Service Provider/Host: A similar confirmation email is also sent to the service provider, ensuring they have all the meeting details and the Zoom link readily available.
